comfortable bed sharing pool fresh towels

I stayed in an open-plan suite that included a sharing pool. The suite was beautiful and offered direct access to the water. The bed was large and comfortable. Fresh towels was daily in my room. I found beach towels also replaced daily with chocolates left too. The hotel provides slippers and dressing gowns for added comfort.

The air conditioning was inconsistent at times.

decent resort, some issues

comfortable sunbeds excellent service chipped furniture dirty cups

I had a day at the main pool area. it had a really nice vibe with a mixed age group. there were plenty of comfortable sun beds and good music. The pool was immaculate. thanasis at the pool bar was very cute and professional. He provided an overall excellent service throughout my stay!

The cleanliness of the room was subpar with dust! stains! and chipped furniture. i raised this with the hotel, and they promised extra cleaning. housekeeping was inconsistent. dirty cups were not replaced, towels were not replaced, and i had to call reception multiple times to even request toilet roll!
